Where do you source smallholdings
« on: August 30, 2022, 02:33:47 pm »
Hi,

I'm looking at buying a smallholding in the near future. However I'm struggling to research the amount I'll need for one because sourcing them online is so difficult. My looking in Lancashire, Cumbria, Northumberland, North Yorkshire.

the websites I'm looking at are Rightmove, On the Market and UKLandandFarms. However the sourcing criteria is really bad for filtering.

Does anyone have any advice for a more precise search?

Thanks

LJR

I am also on the lookout for land, but mid or south Wales. It can be hard to find things. Unfortunately websites like woodlandsforsale have hiked small land prices right up with there grabbing of land and splitting it up for profit.
