One droopy ear on lamb

I have a strange situation with one of my ewe lambs. Shes about 6 weeks old and has been a bottle baby since birth. She seemed to be doing well initially but as she progressed I noticed she's a bit more uncoordinated than the other lambs. I didn't think it was anything to worry about, she's always had a great appetite and good energy and she keeps up with everyone fine. Just a little clumsy and seems to either be slow thinking (she hesitates when making decisions just a split second longer than my other lambs) or the most relaxed lamb I've ever had. She never fusses or fights me, so I thought maybe she's just relaxed, each lamb has their own little personality afterall and some are more feisty than others. I did give her some supplements in case there was some deficiency going on but I haven't noticed a difference in her behavior.

But I noticed two days ago that one of her ears has gone droopy. I've looked online but can't find what this could possibly be. She's not tagged and she doesn't have a temperature (103.7°f) and she's eating well. Shes still a bit slow but she always has been. I tried looking in her ear and didn't see anything.

Could this be a deficiency issue?

I'm on my way to get a new mineral block just for her pen. And if it doesn't resolve by tomorrow I'll likely take her in to my vet to have a good look in her ear. (It is foxtail season here so maybe she has something in there...)

But does anyone have any ideas on what else this could be?

Very difficult to give an answer since it could be anything and you are in a different country so different problems ,but by now you have spoken to a vet so have some answers
