I would like some recommendations for a remote cctv set up in my barn
We have no power, and no wifi so would have to be battery plus solar charging and some sort of sim set up

Preferably 1 fixed and 1 ptz, and with night time vision

Have a look at the Reolink website,  I  have the go camera linked via 4G and it helps me sleep at night

You can get the Reolink devices (and others) on Amazon at pretty good prices (and returns if they don't work!). With battery backup and 4G communications they are ideal for remote buildings with no power.  We are fortunate to have power in our shed and wifi (thats where our 4G router sits since it is higher than the house!). The modern IP-based cameras are superb with high resolution and accessible from computer, tablet or phone.
