Lennoxtown, in the greenhouse showed -5C this morning so its colder out, about 10" snow.

Was -16 on Sunday morning here in Central Scotland, hasn't been as cold since then.

only a bit of snow about 1" left at minute and 0c in GOOLE east yorkshire but supposed to be more to come this way

We reached around -8 in Kirkintilloch ... but that's from a max/min thermometer, so I'm not sure when over the past three days.

Currently 1.2oC in Blairgowrie Perthshire 6.49pm Monday. Full on blizzard. 6" to 12" of snow... Though it's gonna get cold over the next few days by the looks of it!

22.7oC sitting infront of the woodburner with no socks on!

No way of telling outside temperature as I don't have a thermometer but heating is at 22 C and not coping!

 my friend 9 miles away reports -17 in their "valley" and the farmers are saying its "bloody cold for milking!!"

Good! Schools should run 24/7 and keep kids locked up from 2 years old until they've proven their worth to society - and if they don't, we always need more compost  ;)

-5 Here no snow as yet, but Im at sea level and surounded inside some protective hills, mendips, blackdowns & Quantocks. I feel like Im inside an iced ring donaught, bloody frozen one  :D :D
