Apologies we have been a while responding to your post. For some reason I had not spotted this in my Unreads until today.
I had a similar situation when we wanted to take some sheep to a village event. They would be the only sheep there and it was on ground that did not normally have livestock on it. I asked Animal Health what I needed to do about movement paperwork and whether there would be any standstill on bringing them back to the farm. There was a special sort of license I think, which took a few days to sort out, but wasn't difficult. So my advice is to call Animal Health and ask them.
If the animals will or might be interacting with the public, then either you or the club will need public liability insurance for that scenario. And you will need to offer handwashing facilities, so that people are encouraged to wash their hands after handling the animals.
