: Help Finding a smallholding in Ceredigion 🏴 upto 700k cash buyers. 
Wanted home with land in Ceredigion.
We were all about to move under offer found somewhere when the first lockdown hit and we lost our buyer and purchase.
My Husband was then put into the shielding group as he has lung issues related to pollution, my husbands lungs were in part why we were moving late 2019 and not in 5 years from then, the irony of the situation with covid being a lung condition was not lost on us.
When we could finally start looking again the market had gone insane, I understand a number of the property’s we looked at the sales have since fallen through, possibly due to the fact the buyers were making knee jerk covid decisions or maybe because they couldn’t get mortgages as were over offering , I have been told both were issues. I would like to reach out to anybody who’s sale didn’t go through or people who are thinking of selling this spring with an offer from us as a committed cash buyer!
We want to move to Ceredigion or just over the border the air is very clean and I just feel at home there like I do no where else.
We have a budget upto 700k we may be able to go higher for a perfect property.
We need minimum3 beds preferably 4 more isn’t a problem.
We need minimum 7 acres originally we were looking for in the region of 10-20 so again more than 7 acres isn’t a problem.
We need to be away from main roads, so a quite lane/road or a long track either is fine.
We would like some older outbuildings that could possibly be Converted for dependent relative accommodation should the need arise.
Things we would love but aren’t essential wooded areas, rivers, ponds, streams ; poly tunnels , greenhouses, established orchards , veg gardens, animal housing etc most of the later items can be added so not a huge issue.
