planing your garden ~how many seedling to plant out

Borrowed a book from the local librairy today and found a chart in their showing you hows many seedling to a 100sq ft. and the basic germanation rate.
So you can intheroy produce all the seedlings you need for an area of prepaired land.

I will post it up if anyone is interested the book is called 'The sustainable Vegetable Garden' by John Jeavons and Carol Cox.
