Hi does anyone know is there any poultry abattoirs in the west coast / central belt of Scotland?  There are plenty of list of red meat abattoirs but I can’t find any lists of poultry facilities anywhere.  Thanks

I'm not sure about Scotland, but down here in Somerset none of the abattoirs deal with poultry. Word of mouth from other smallholders eventually put us in touch with someone who dispatches and dresses poultry on a small scale. Do you have a local smallholders association who may be able to give you similar information?

the only one I am aware of is in Fife-look up Woodmill Game, I've used them previously for ducks and all was fine but they are a bit of a trek for me. There is also Pasture Poultry on Facebook-I know the proprietor has her licence but not sure if she does other peoples.
