I thought Scrumpy Pumpy was drunk sex anyway!

Here in my part of Brittany cold, dry sunny start, turning into warm sunshine in afternoon.  Pigs took the opportunity for sunbathing, something that has been too rare in the summer.

Yes it was a bright fine day here (Central Brittany) as well yesterday and along with a neighbour we managed to get quite a lot of beets pulled in our field.  Now have a wheelbarrow and trug load of muddy beets to clean up - lovely job!!  It chucked it again last night and the sky is looking ominous again this morning so today I am baking my neighbour a big chocolate cake to say thanks and getting on with knitting a pair of gloves.
