Rattling sound from lamb

Help! my 2 day old lamb is heavy breathing and making a rattling sound after feeding.
I've given it an electrolyte solution seeing its winter here and maybe it was affected by the cold. In the morning it was looking rough, gave it anitboitics brought it in the house and Warmed it up, it rested and seemed better, the breathing became more quiet and easing but when I fed it again the rattling started and accompanied with short breaths showing a struggle to breathe.

When it coughs it's almost like a person with mucus clogged up in the chest, that's what it sounds like.

Swallowed amniotic fluid? Probably inhalation pneumonia, not a good outlook at this age in particular. Vet won't do anything else than AB's and anti-inflammatory.

If it is only after feeding and its temperature and other signs are okay, I would suspect your feeding technique is allowing milk into the lungs.
