Itchy lambs

I currently have 2 pet lambs left over from lambing which I am taking care of. One of them has started to get extremely itchy and her ears have begun to go bald. She ventures into our shed to find a deck chair to itch her behind against. I can’t see anything in her wool so unsure what to do. I understand you cannot use crovect on a lamb under 12kg and she is under that

Have a look at PHOTOSENSITIZATION  IN LAMBS since you say her ears are the worst affected ,is she white headed ?? if it was a lice or scab she would be rubbing and nibbling wool all over her body , take to vet if worried
