Orphan lambs

Hi there.

I have 2 orphan lambs about 2/3 weeks old that we are bottle rearing.
The ewe lamb was sick last week and we took her to the vet who said she had ecoli and she’s had antibiotics and electrolyte solution, finishing on Wednesday.
The little lamb is now very snotty around her nose, grey coloured stuff, and both are still scouring quite a lot. The male one eats 1100- 1200ml a day but the ewe lamb only eats about 900 in lots of small feeds.
Do I need the call the vet again?
They’re very active and alert and full of energy and starting to take interest in creep and water.
Maybe lambs just get colds? They live inside in a stable well ventilated, and go outside whenever the weather is good.

Thank you!!

Just take to the vet , cheaper than a call out there should be no scouring . You say in the other post she had ecoli  , so i would guess she is not over it yet and the male lamb is infected
