Looks like Rigamortus, but alive
« on: April 30, 2020, 06:46:59 pm »
I have a 2 week old lamb. One morning i found him alive, but stiff as a board. Like he has rigamortus, but was breathing. I gave him a shot of antibiotics yesterday, but no change.

I'm milking his mother and bottle feeding him, but he hasn't got a great appetite

My suspicions are its either a tic bite or a large branch of wild cherry had come down into the field and he's eaten some of that.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

thanks
