Anyone watched/watching?
« on: April 13, 2020, 09:00:31 pm »
Well, what can I say:  I'm almost speechless having just watched The Great Mountain Sheep Gather on BBC4.  I luckily stumbled across it a little while after programme start.  (I'll be watching it again so I will catch the start 2nd time round.)

1hr:40mins of sheep driving off Scafell Pike:  absolutely amazing bit of observational (slow) TV & almost surreal at times.  Very brave BBC4 - I'm ready for more!

Only gripe:  I would have chosen a poetic narrator with a steelier voice (female or male), but that's just me.

What !?  I can't believe, with so much shut-down, that no one else saw the BBC4 prog' and/or that any other watchers were not moved to comment for or against this 'slow' programme format    ???
