Orphan Lamb help offer
« on: March 30, 2020, 12:27:43 pm »
Hello
I know it may be a bit late to be offering this help but as with almost everyone else, i am working from home now and have a lot more time on my hands than usual. So i was wondering how i could be of some use to someone and seeing as i have a little knowledge of sheep and have reared orphan lambs before, i would be really glad to help out with the care of someone's orphans (subject to quantity!!) if they would find it helpful. I'm not thinking of keeping the lambs on permanently necessarily - maybe just till they are weaned and hand them back (if this suits). Obviously i can't justify travelling too far under the current restrictions, but if it was local I'm sure it would be covered under 'animal welfare' and i would respect all social distancing measures ;D
May not be any help to anyone but just thought I would offer...
Thanks
