Hi from a small farm in SW Scotland
« on: February 27, 2020, 01:02:18 pm »
Hi Everyone

Just joined the forum and thought I'd say hello.

I have a small farm in SW Scotland with cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, horses, ponies, donkeys, chickens and dogs.  I also have a few rural businesses run from the farm and write online courses for creatives.

Great to be here.

Welcome  from another Womam That Farms!  (One of many on here :) )

I farmed on Hadrian’s Wall until 3 years ago, have now retreated to the warmer summers and milder winters of North Cornwall.

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

Hi from up the road a bit    It doesn't look like a small farm as such, with all those animals.  You must be a busy person!

hello Erica   That's a lot of different animals for a small farm! A couple of each type, or it is just all very cosy?  ;D
