Just want to start with a thanks for the website. Been a help already.
My question is about my kune kune x saddlebacks.
They are currently around the 40kg mark and about 6 months old. I’m wondering if I should slaughter in the next few weeks so ready to sell the meat for Xmas or wait till they are older and do them at a heavier weight in the new year.
My thoughts are the meat won’t sell as quick as it would before Xmas.
I’m also wondering about meat quality with now and then.
If anyone has some feed back on this subject it would be greatly appreciated
