vegan carrot cake

Hi my friends  :)

Recently I just tried some vegan cakes just to try those "things" and my favourit is this cake. I have to share it with you, because honestly I am in loooooove.

Ingredients:
250 grams of grated carrots (3-4 pieces)
130 grams of grated apples (1-2 pieces)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
200 grams of grated nuts
125 grams of flour
pinch of salt
3 teaspoons of baking powder
some cinnamon
70 grams of sugar
30 grams of coconut blossom sugar
125 plant milk
100 milliliters of rapeseed oil

preparation:
Preheat the Bach oven to 180 degrees Celcius upper and lower heat
Grate the carrots and apples and mix with the remaining ingredients
Pour into a greased baking pan and bake in the middle rack for about 45-50 minutes

Hi,

Sounds like this cake will be juicy. I love that! The mixture of carrot and apple could make an amazing taste. I love to experience with healthy ingredients for cake. A zucchini cake is my favorite right now. But there is still so much more to try!  Thank you a lot for that recipe.

I will try it and I am sure I will love it.  :excited:
