Hello,
Today I have put an offer in on a four acre sloping field with a steam at the bottom. I have many plans but can’t find planning help. It has been used recently for sheep, I would like to use it for growing, glamping, artist studio/ cabin, restoring biodiversity ,keeping alpacas and chickens. Do I need change of use? Will the AONB in Cornwall make a difference. Aonb office said camping is permitted under usual rules.
It feels like this is all to amazing and couldn’t possibly be allowed. What do you guys think please?
