You mention freezing eggs.

Did not know that is possible, how would you prepare them?


Whisk them together, enough for an omelette or a cake, then freeze.  Thaw in the fridge then whisk again.  Before you do too many, do a trial freeze and thaw then use  :idea:

Make eggnog bottle it and give it as presents .
