One of her teats is still rather hot. She's still producing milk though I want her to dry off so aside making sure it isn't blocked and it is kept clean to prevent infection, I haven't milked her. She's fine in herself though. I've just not come across this before.

If she has only been mated recently I would reduce her concentrate rations to nearly zero, but leave her hay as usual. Give her cold water to drink. Ease her out when she seems full, but try and reduce it over time? If you think she is self-suckling, then taping up her teats like Goatwoman mentioned above may help.
