Beans for pigs?!!
« on: September 24, 2010, 03:57:10 pm »
Hi folks,

I have access to soaked kidney and pea beans (pea beans like the ones you eat with your beans on toast!)
Would these be ok to feed to my pigs?

We've given them some cooked, can't see why not. They ate lentils, too (yuck! - but mixed with all sorts of stuff they'll eat it).

No dont feed uncooked.  Boil for 20 minutes then wash well.
