Smallholding for sale: 8.2 acres in south Norfolk
« on: November 25, 2010, 10:05:17 am »
We are downsizing very slightly and moving to the other end of the country so our beloved smallholding in south Norfolk is up for sale. Rushmere Cottage is an 8.2 acre holding in Banham, four miles from Attleborough and eight miles from Diss. The property is on the market for £525,000 although we'll happily negotioate... We have had our offer accepted on a new house in Cornwall so we're keen to get on with it!

The place is set up and ready to go for all sorts of smallholding adventures and we have some equipment for sale too. If you're interested in a new life in the country visit our website for more details.

Thanks Katie. It doesn't look like this at the moment (under several inches of snow right now) but it really is a lovely place and we shall be sad to leave it. However, we're very excited about the move to a new place. Upsides and downsides to everything in life, I guess. Website done in iWeb, the easiest way to get a good looking site for the HTML-illiterate amongst us! Only available to us smug Apple Mac users, of course  ;)
