...If you don't mind your efforts rotting and falling apart in a few years...unless building a proper gazebo with roof and keeping your uprights clear of the ground (I saw a clever 'open' garage construction where the uprights were held off the ground pads by large diameter threaded rod.). Or unless you have s chestnut or perhaps larch amongth your proposed take-downs.
The best recycling I've done with felled trees is seasoning it a few years and making a table and for turning (green turning, spoon making etc all viable)
