goat with white snotty nose

Hi I got this goat 6 weeks ago now. She had a slight snotty nose so I soak her hay so no dust  and is on dust free bedding and is out during the day.her sister is fine any help please. Anglo Nubians 18 months old.

Hi that was a quick resonse thank you and yes she has got a few spots round her mouth the last couple of days so has her sister. Not showing any other sign's how do I treat orf .
