He will be 6 months old at the end of June.  He is growing, but very, very, slowly ......his dad is a stocky pygmy billy, and mum is an Anglo nubian x sanaan, but is not big herself, although quite a lot bigger than a pygmy female.  Last years nanny kid is normal sized from the same male and female

Roxy I have a girl who is about 3 years old now and she is tiny too, so small we called her Petite. She is happy as larry and eats well and lives just like the others. She mixes with the big goats and is fearless. Barnie is lovely, I will try and find a picture to post of Petite.

Yes Ruth, thats what worries me - someone passing by could pick Barnie up and carry him off under their arm.  There again, he is very vocal, and would probably object loudly.  His dad is noisy too .....but whereas Barnie is a high pitched bleat,  Bobby sounds like a stuck record, very deep voice.  No one would carry him off thats for sure, he is built like a tank!!
