Baz came in earlier this evening and said oh there's a little surprise for you up the top shed, a set of twins, aww it only turns out to be my precious Polly Molly, one enormous ram and a very nice ewe lamb.  She was sooooo proud,   Baz is expecting it to pick up now so I made him some extra pens for his nights shift x

Nice one Hellybee! I am going to be bringing my ewes back to the farm for lambing, this week hopefully they should be coming back. They're due to lamb in a few weeks.

Cheers WBF!     I'm not saying its without it's problems though, namely the weather, we're not a wet farm so I'm told, but these showers have turned everything to mush :( But all lambing fine, got plenty of warm straw beds for them til turn out

Another 11 popped.  Left my list outside, mostly singles the last 48 hours.  Some cracking strong lambs. des has done a good job, bless him.    And some fantastic first time mums, so much chattering going on.

List lost and we ve marked up to 49 but some more have arrived, think we at 55?  Half way?Sorry foggy brain. So now I ve no idea bar checking whose had what, can't believe I lost it, really annoyed with myself.

lots and lots of lovely bouncing lambs, couple of small ones, small group of top ups, three mollies at the mo, none in house, puppy and lambs, not a good mix.  Few awkward mothers  but most first timers have been wonderful, which is so heartwarming. Few losses sadly.

Just want the rain to do one now :(

Ummm...even the numbers hav egone out of the window now, ewes have dots though so we know who should have what.

Way over half way now, just over thirty left to go.

Have had a few losses, sadly :(  , sorry one loss since last post, teeny tiny prem baby x

Got three groups going, two groups go in and out of shed, one group are on campfield with horse box for shelter.   We have no grass yet, but it's almost here, so everyone whose lambed has cake dinner, big bale, protein and sugar lick, lifeline.  the others have everything bar cake.

Impressed wi the lambs, some good strong lambs, who are tall and wrinkly, think only a handful assists, first timers.

Des has thrown some quality, Sweep has thrown fur balls.

Sorry for not updating the last week my brain has been reduced to a mush.   We now have just under 20 left to go.

Have lost an old lady and a lamb.  :gloomy:

Nine mollies. Some top up mums dropped first milk, but still a handful coming for a drink.  But otherwise we have nigh on 100 crazy beautiful well mothered  time wasters bouncing around.  Bit more time n big routine to be done then send em up high.

The end is nigh.....

He pulled a rather chunky lamb this aft from a ewe lamb, fab lamb and she loves her baby.    Thats meant that all the other ewe lambs cphave come down too now so he can keep an eye on them.
