First lambs

First lambs born last Tuesday nice set of twin ewe lambs and another set of twins born last night two tip lambs, only another 12 to go

Awwwww theyre sooooo cute! What breed are they? All the best with them and the rest of lambing :thumbsup:

Thanks! They are out of a texel cross ewe tipped to a pedigree texel tip, but the wee one with the black nose is the spit of her mother. Reared a ewe lamb on the bottle last year and she threw her lambs a month early so mum was awful sad over that but the ewe lamb is grand

Was initially confused as to 'tip' lambs  but I am now guessing that in NI  you  'tip'  not 'tup' as we do here?

You're spot on, tip lambs are tup lambs! We had another set of twins out of one of our ewe lambs born last year two more ewe lambs
