So, I'm registered online with ARAMS and they have the holding number of my fields.  I applied to RPA last year for another holding number for my barn, which is at my home 9 miles away so needs it's own number.  I've just tried to link the two on the ARAMS site and it says that the barn isn't recognised as a sheep, deer or goat premises.   It is one of the most appalling sites I've ever had the "pleasure" of attempting to navigate.

Any thoughts on what I should do?  Ring RPA? Use paper and pen and forget online form-filling? Hide the barn full of sheep with a cloaking spell?

They sent my annual survey thing to the wrong address this year as well, despite telling them of my address change.

I gave up on ARAMS when the system didn't recognize my holding number (unchanged and in continuous use wince they were first introduced).  I suggest a phone call - speak slowly and clearly as I suspect some of the folks on the other end of the line haven't the foggiest idea about livestock and how it's managed.

Clunky just about sums it up perfectly!

Glad it's not just me cocking it up then...
