Eggs please, cream legbar or rhodies
« on: February 26, 2016, 09:39:15 am »
Thanks for reading.  I'm in Scottish Borders, could collect or could be sent and I will pay for posting.  Could pay for eggs or swap for goose eggs (possibly).

Don't need the eggs now but would like some cream legbars or rhode island reds when my girls go broody which will hopefully be in the next month, so just sounding out who has what.

Don't want to go through ebay as have had bogus hens previously as a result.  Thanks all.

I know someone that breeds legbars, I'll ask if he will sell eggs if you're up for a day trip to north Fife - or I might possibly be able to bring some to Edinburgh one Friday by about that time of year.  It's also an excuse to see him about a couple more growers for myself and/or a loan of a heater to raise some Marans, so not a huge hardship!

Thanks Ellied!  Yes I'm from Dundee originally and go back there now and then, my sister lives in Dunfermline too so I'm around the Fife area reasonably regularly, that would be great.  I'll keep an eye on my girls and see who goes broody first, they're not laying yet and I'll touch base with you then.  Thanks so much.
