can anyone suggest a good container to put cut up veg and other food for the
chicken run as when it is on the ground anymore than half an hour it gets all wet and dirty
and the girls lose interest.
i myself will be on the look out for one, but thought i might ask ye guys too ;)

Dont cut it up and put it into a wire flower hanging basket and let them peck for it.

great idea  ;)

but how do you stop the veg from fallen through, aint the gaps big in hanging baskets?
dont be dishearthened chicken freind im gona use one!
i think its a great idea :chook:

You can get them with smaller meshes but just put some chicken wire or such like if yours is a wide mesh one.
