why in the morning
« on: March 28, 2010, 09:04:28 pm »
when we let eddie ( cockerel ) and the girls out in the mornings he runs after each one of
them , each one of them pecking a little too.
but for the rest of the day it seems the coin flips and he becomes picked on e.g.
the girls allways get any treats chucked in, girls peck his wattles with out him making a fuss,
all these little things that i thought he would show them who the boss was in the flock.
is anyone elses cockerel like this.
he is a wellsummer could this be apart of this breed behaviour?
any comments will be app  :chook:
