Haha, I wish we had done it when younger...I'm sixty next year and arthritic with years of manual work behind me...luckily OH is younger and fitter. He does most of the manual work, I weed and grow things and preserve (and sell/barter) what we grow.

On top of doing what we have always wanted to...we have no debt, mortgage....or money! having no kids makes it easier to take the risk.
