I too now only buy hatching eggs or young chicks from folks I know don't vaccinate.  We unknowlingly brought in avian leukosis along with a top notch cockerel a few of years ago and it romped through our finest birds in about four months.  We quarantined and culled but to no avail.  We now try to have three large hatches each Summer and keep the three groups entirely separate all Winter.
