BILLY GOAT REPELLENT ?
« on: April 30, 2015, 09:57:36 pm »
I have a bruised backside and thighs due to my billy goats' new found joy in the absence of his long standing foot-rot problem. He's bouncing around gleefully playing with his harem and can't understand why I (apparently an honorary goat) won't join in. Does anyone know of a spray I could make that he would dislike but not harm him? Thanks.

Plain cold water in a plant sprayer.

This may, or may not, work!  We've used it on our bouncy dog who thinks he's smaller than he is and I'm paranoid that his jumping up will deck someone one day and concuss them.  The spray is loud and it's only taken a few goes to spook murphy enough to stop him altogether (yay!)  it might work...  :fc:

Hilarious, I have the same problem. However, if yours like mine objected to having his feet sprayed, I find shaking the spray can enough to send him scarpering off behind one of his other ladies.
