I have a four and a half week old cade lamb who has some evidence of scours on her back legs and on closer inspection the barn wall. 
Must have happened over night but she still came bouncing out of her shed this morning full of lamby energy.

I am due to collect some HepP to vaccinate them all today but just want to see what sort of management I should put in place for this little ewe? Its not black or green but just normal brown poo coloured, not loads and loads of it either.

Shall I just keep her in on hay and get some scour formula or is she ok outside on the grass?
Still on 2 main feeds of lamlac (450ml a time) and one mid day feed of about 250 which i'm planning to drop.

Mmm I'm sure Ours not on a whole bottle by four weeks.. Perhaps scale back the size of feeds so they're all the same,  then maybe put a few ml of electrolytes in a feed to help replace anything lost by the scour, if lamb doesn't dry up a little.  Perhaps you noticing it more cos if with mum a good mum is likely to keep bum clean?

Is she eating other stuff - creep of some sort?

I would be tempted to offer water/rehydration for a couple of feeds, then re-introduce Lamlac, but quite dilute and build back up to nearly full strength over a few feeds.

Going to do the rehydration drinks and see if it clears  . They are nibbling a bit of hay but not really interested in the creep.

She's still very bouncy and butting my leg being greedy for a milk feed but I know how quickly they can go down hill. Lost one to navel ill already and up till now these 2 been very very well.

All sorted - day of hay and a glucose drink and madam has a dry bum again
