Fajita Mix
« on: May 10, 2008, 04:59:37 pm »
This is sooo much cheaper to make yourself than buying it in the packet form.. so thought i'd share the recipe with you all  ;D

Your can make as little of this or as much as you want ...I usually make a big batch at a time and keep it in a big empty beetroot jar...

Using equal quantities : either a teaspoon, tablespoon, 2 tablespoons, hald a cup, full cup... etc etc

Paprika
Mild Chili Powder
Ground Cumin
Dried Oregano

Mix everything together and store in an airtight container.

I'm using it tonight and have made enchiladas for tea!....
