HI, I have a ram lamb l want to ring, he has the sack but only has tiny little balls that dont seem to have dropped
(Knew a bloke like that once  ) His 7 days are up tomorrow, if l wait a while will they drop?
The band would be too near his nipples if l did it now, any thoughts please

The problem if you wait is that legally you'd have to get the vet to do it under anaesthetic - £££ - some people on here seem to manage not ringing and selling in the autumn. Is that a possible option?

Any breeder of small traditional sheep breeds will know what you are talking about  , and our sheep do get ringed (when they are ready)...

i seem to get 1 or 2 like this every year, i just mark it as a tup (just incase he slips past when seperating lambs) and put it with my keeping tup lambs.
