This morning I checked on my Silkie chicks and I seen poo stuck onto their bum. It isn't stuck to the vent just the area around it I cut the poo off it and everything seems to be fine??? Has any one else seen this before and what is the cause?

Soft poo maybe - have you wormed them recently?

Chilled chicks can have white pasty bums  Check they are warm enough and there are no draughts
