So glad have found this web site.  My husband and I run a small livery yard and a quail farm (for eggs), along with having various bantams, two cats, a dog and my wonderful peacocks!  We have been here for 5 years now and have just got planning permission to build a log house.  It seems getting a mortgage to build a log house is not an easy task, and whilst checking out the internet for any clues how to achieve a mortgage, I found this website  ;D  Anyone got any advice or suggestions please.  Thank you in advance.

Hello . We have horses too and a mobile saddlery business! Try the Ecology Building Society, they seem to be pretty good in helping the greener way forward.
