« on: October 10, 2013, 05:54:47 pm »
I bought hubby an anniversary prez. Well it's the only way I can have more pets...
He has called her Wednesday.  She is a four month old hermanns tortoise. I will try and post a pic later as can't get it to post off my phone.

I want a tortoise.

It's not my anniversary, I'm going to sulk until I get a tortoise

What a fantastic present

Wow I've gotta admit that's a pretty amazing gift - I'd quite like a tortoise as a pet but don't have the time or money at present x

He would have preferred a quad, but we don't have the money or anywhere to keep it- also he doesn't have any kind of driving licence, so tough!

thanks for the comments, it nice to have a pet that we won't outlive.

Getting an action shot can be really be tricky. You'll need a lot of luck and patience. :innocent:

They are actually quite valuable, I had one when I was a little girl but it run off...although now thinking about it, it possibly lay hidden in a bush some where.....They do have a lot of character and what a fantastic original present.....!
