British Dressage vacancy: Regional Development Officer (Scotland)
 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join British Dressage in the pivotal role of Regional Development Officer for Scotland. Working full-time from home, the successful candidate will cover activity across Scotland.
 We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic team player, with excellent inter-personal and organisational skills. You will need to be independent and self-motivated with an in-depth knowledge of affiliated dressage, ideally located within the region.
 You will work closely and under the direction of the volunteer Regional Committee which includes a Chairman and representatives for coaching, rider training, judges, para dressage, members and BYRDS. Reporting to the Education and Development Manager you will be required to facilitate the implementation of policy from the main Board and Technical Committees.
 British Dressage has ambitious plans for development and you will take a central role in delivering dynamic initiatives. This busy and varied role requires a flexible approach to working with evening and weekend work an essential aspect of this position.
 Candidates will be required to have a full driving license and access to their own car. Working from home, computer and internet access is essential, as is experience of Microsoft software packages.
