Gas BBQ

looking for a new gas BBQ and wondered if any of you use them and if so what model ?
at the moment we are using an Antony Worral Thompson 4 burner. Its a pig to clean hence looking for another.
Would need at least 4 burners, a rotisserie would be a bonus . need a griddle plate aswell as the normal plates and a rack in the hood for keeping food warm  also a ring on the side for making the BBQ sauce ::)
Dont want to pay the earth , seen some for around £1500 but think thats a bit OTT  ::)

We've got a Broilmaster. I don't know if they are available in the UK .We've just bought a motorised rotisserie for it which is fab. Very easy to clean too, and cheap!

We've got a Cadac Carri-Chef and it's awesome:

Not sure what size you need, but it's so versatile, easily cleaned and stored.

We ended up getting this one , only paid £399 for it though. Did a leg of lamb on it the first night, a whole chicken last night and tonight a large piece of our own pork  ::)

we've got a Cadac masterchef. for £100 at a  caravan and motor home show two yrs ago
We purchased the deep roasting pan as an additional item to make the set up the bees knees & added the Cadac chef cook book just to see what else could be done and for a few more ideas. & recipes .

We take it with us in the caravan as well so we have no need to cook inside the van when it's hot or peeing down with rain .

The caravan is adapted to tale an external plug in gas line , the hose on the regulator on the garden cylinder has a quick release gas connector of the same design so it's just a case of plug it in where it's  needed .

I feel it is a  "  Bloody good " product  .

Aside from the normal  BBQ stuff... I've cooked a chicken with roast spuds and whilst it was resting did the veg.
Roasted a shoulder of pork with roast veg and roast spuds ., a leg of lamb & veg , curries and big batch stir frys

It BBQ's great open or closed up.
Makes big pancakes , paella and all sorts of stuff , you can use pans on it and also a pressure cooker if it's too hot on the home.

It cleans reasonably easy if you tip some soapy water in the belly when you finish cooking and replace the lid so it kind of steams any stuff loose. ready for a wipe out and a soapy water wash down .
Strong belief , triggers the mind to find the way ... Dyslexia just makes it that bit more amusing & interesting

Well the pork turned out fantastic !
this is it while it was cooking and we did the roasties and parsnips in the cast iron pan below while the meat was cooking
