Just in case you worry about your dog, I have one of these for mini (agility comp dog), it's expensive I know but it really really works, last night we where training in 27degrees, between each run she has her cool coat on, (and obviously plenty of water to drink) after a couple of minutes her body temp is soo much cooler, she runs to her coat when she finished her training run and waits for me to put it on her

It works because the outside bit is wet and the evaporation naturally cools the inner bit, the dog stays pretty much dry
