Hello from North Wales!

Hi everyone! My husband and very new to smallholding, having been in our home for only three weeks. We have a couple of acres up in the hills with a small flock of Welsh Mountains and a borrowed ram. Next year we plan to sort out the chicken hutch. TAS seems like a great website! I'm sure I'll be checking regularly for tips and advice on sheep management ;D

There's a small group of north Wales small holders who have met for a chat on a monthly basis for the last couple of months - you'd be very welcome to come along and talk about your plans. New people always welcome. I think we are supposed to be meeting this Sunday - will find out and let you know.

Ah thanks everyone! I would be interested in joining the group meetings. Not sure if I can make the one on Sunday though. Wow, it's really stormy today - hope everyone is OK!

We are just north of Wrexham. Don't worry about missing the smallholder meeting, I am sure that next months date will be posted on here very soon and we shall be pleased to meet you then.
