Just heard from a friend that there is plenty of well rotted Organic Horse Manure available in the Midlothian area "Scotland" near Dalkeith.  Can be purchased in bags or large loads available unbagged.  I think they are asking £2/£3 for your normal black bin liner bag.  Telephone: 07999600219.  Hope this helps.
