I have about 20 kilo's off pork mince! Made loads of sausages scotch eggs & burgers! What else can I make guys???

We've just made a load of burgers. Not sure that they are going to be any good.

What was your recipe Azzdodd?

I made some lovely chinese spicy pork balls - spring onions, ginger, garlic etc etc.

you could make mince pies (the savoury kind!). I make a lovely pie which is basically just a savoury mince recipe (carrots, celery, onion, mince in homemade gravy thickened with cornflour) with pastry on top. You could make in bulk and freeze.
