[Blinkers]

One of our new Pork Customers has gone crazy with her first half pig.    She wanted the pig cut into just 4 pieces so that she could have a go at all sorts herself and what she's produced in 24hrs is amazing.   I've attached some pics of her Pate which we are very impressed by the look of.   Apparently today she is boiling the head for brawn, making BBQ sauce for the spare ribs she's removed herself, making faggots from the heart and liver as well as curing her hams in a Wiltshire cure and making her bacon.   I feel exhausted just keeping tabs on what she's doing 
Just goes to show what can be achieved
