Billy is pedigree registered soay ram born in April 2010. He is dark pied in colour i.e. chocolate brown with white patches and has a beautiful set of balanced horns. He is well-behaved and bucket trained. He is now proven and takes his job very seriously and when let loose in the flock he is very persistent and has fathered lambs from both soay and commercial lowland ewes and from soay x texel and soay x charollais ewes to produce larger lambs with soay type characteristics to their appearance and meat.
