We had fish tonight ( mussels and prawns actually) as we have killed our 2 pigs and nine rabbits and are fed up of meat, sausage, bacon and ham in the kitchen.
Wow Belly of pork and sausages ! Did they float in Yorkshire Pudding

Just hope you enjoy the rest of your produce and are planning the next lot.
Maybe we should all share pork receipes or at leats what we ate tonight so as to get the best from our hard work.
